Since a very young age, I have nurtured deep interests in art, science, and spirit, asking really big questions and then trying to find answers to them.

I'm academically inclined, which has led to four college degrees including a PhD in Astrophysics, fourteen scientific articles, and over a dozen national and institutional research awards and recognitions. Before becoming a scientist, I spent my early twenties traveling the globe, settling down for several years in the United Kingdom and South Korea. When I returned to the US, I spent three years touring as a singer/songwriter before resuming my studies and getting serious about my spiritual development.

All of these endeavors have served one purpose: to gain a deeper understanding of myself, humankind, and the universe we inhabit.

I began holding space for others in my late twenties, as people close to me sought my guidance and support in their own Soul Work. As time went on, word of mouth led to more referrals than I could accommodate in my free time, so I started my professional practice in 2017. My journey with QHHT^® began the first time I underwent hypnosis. That single session was so effective that I became convinced that this approach to internal work and healing should be available to as many people as possible.

I am here to serve the community by helping each client establish a deep and abiding connection to their inner wisdom. With that connection made, the need for my guidance fades, and you become your own healer.
